 October 23, 2007 - 8:20am | A Frenchman invented an air-powered engine soon to be marketed in India. I think this is exactly how a car would run in Star Frontiers. Instead of having to replace a bunch of parts in a huge engine, you just replace the engine, and such maintenance would be rare, not to mention the fuel costs would be almost non-existent (particularly if you could compress the air with an onboard machine).
