Robert "Razor" Kitridger began his career serving with armed security teams for various transport services. He later joined the Lonely Knights piracy faction after the Mining Guild had established themselves, gaining notoriety as a hot-shot fighter jockey. That soon ended when a rival faction, the Star Demons, muscled their way into Truane's Star and slowly disbanded and absorbed the Lonely Knights. Not caring for the Star Demons' "anything goes" policy (versus the Lonely Knights' sole mission against the Mining Guild), he soon found solace with Streele, Inc. serving as a privateer. With assistance from Streele attorneys, he legally changed his name to absolve him from his past. He took the last name "Knightrazor" as an amalgation of the former piracy unit he served under and his nickname, with a first name of Jonathan.

He eventually assembled a small crew of misfits and outcasts to helm a new subsidized craft fresh out of the Streele Shipyards, dubbed the Aquilian Starling, and has resumed working to usurp the Mining Guild once more under "legal" sanctions of Streele, Inc.
