Anyone into Josh Gates Destination Truth?

I've been a fan of his Expedition Unknown but recently caught the Destination Truth series.

Basically they take a team and technology and go research a legend:

The Kappa in Japan

UFOs in Chile and Easter Island

Nan Madol in Micronesia- a haunted ruin of tombs and temples on 93 man made islands separated by salt water canals at the edge of the jungle and ocean. Truly an awesome RPG location IMO.

and Aiesha Kandisha in africa.

Its almost like each episode is fodder for a RPG supernatural campaign.
I might not be a dralasite, vrusk or yazirian but I do play one in Star Frontiers!

Not a fan of "bigfoot" chasers. Try Myths and Monsters on Netflix. Not only good at giving ideas for a show like Supernatural (been a huge fan since season one) but also excellant for giving advice to writers of fantasy and stories in general.
Sounds like a great job but where did you say we had to go?

If nothing else, the musical score alone makes it worth watching. Cool
I'm not overly fond of Zeb's Guide...nor do I have any qualms stating why. Tongue out
