I think it'd be better if it was based on the old White Dwarf comic strip... Wink

I'm all for any Sci-fi 2D holovids that have any remote promise of limited fantasy elements and pretexted of being something close to harder sci fi. Naturally, most such properties go with artificial grav as an expedient as well as "forehead of the week aliens" (whether they are a weekly event or not) as another expedient to keeping production costs down. So its always a delicate balance between suspending disbelief and accepting a sci fi property despite its inherent flaws. As only the most casual of Traveller fans I wish them well though i may not do more than kick in a dollar to the project. Of course supporting the project for a buck will translate to getting the constant email updates and if it should turn out to be a hit; bragging rights that I believed in it even when it was a dream. Wink

And if it is a dog then I'm only losing a buck and it wont be the first time I spent a buck on speculation on a dog.

The key whether it is funded or not. Some things don't, some things do and some things like Soylet burn up the servers.
Sounds like a great job but where did you say we had to go?

With ten days to go the project is funded with $33,000 pledged on a goal of $30,000 (that $5,000 Pledge really helped). That was there first goal still going for the second and third but may not make that.
