was bouncing around DA and found this image:

remided me of the messed up Games Workshop Ogre Kingdom's figures I got hosed on an ebay auction over. Think I'll go look for the box and work on a conversion of one to be the malthar.

The Necronomicon? You can't be shown one!
While the libraries will never loan one!
But if its so rare
And guarded with care
Why does every nut case seem to own one?

Hhhmm, found the ogre kingdom figures and dont think they'll work as a base for a conversion, had a good laugh when I found the "man eater" figure that I was resculpting to be a female man eater- her apron like thing she's wearing barely contains her saggy watermelons- its a pretty good sculpt job despite lacking an arm and head.

Also found some 28mm star wars pewter figures of C3PO, R2D2 and a few other droids I bought at Historicon last year. I'll have to get those flashed, based, and painted. i bought them to be a generic supply of robots for sf games done in miniature.
