Yes, I have a copy.
There is a hard copy available through Moongoose, they were selling them at GenCon. The book is mostly unchanged.

A Kitschy Noir Space Opera with a Hard Sci-fi setting focus and a Supers Sci-Fi rules balance...

Worth the read on all counts, quick and simple rules, with complexity in a level between BESM and Cyberpunk... Realism is somewhere between BESM and Star Wars...
Though the setting tries to sell an appearance more like Sir Arthur C Clarke's version of a Galactic Space Opera set in the Talent Universe's distant future, with hard-boiled cynical characters and bleak sleazy settings... the rules will not support that feel over a long-term without an upgrade, but are adequate for short term games and one-offs...
but...
Setting is not very focused, System not well balanced...
but...
Setting is not very confined, and System may be easily adjusted...

I give it a 4.5 rating on the Star Trek Warp Factor scale in fist impressions... Good as coffee table decor, or a beer and pretzels game... but with potential to lay the foundations of an interstellar empire at those speeds ... a more detailed review will require some play-testing...

(for a quick review... hope that was easy to follow, and not too geek-speak Innocent)
Oh humans!! Innocent We discover a galactic community filled with multiple species of aliens, and the first thing we think about is "how can we have sex with them?".
