The truth behind the slowdown

I'm sure that some of you have begun to wonder why i haven't been as active in this and the other forums as usual, and why there has been no updates about the projects I'm working on, so i guess I'll pull back the curtains just a bit and let you guys get a glimpse at my real life concerns. My commonlaw wife was diagnosed years ago with degenerative back disease, as well as a slew of other physical ailments, and ultimately the Doctor's said that the degeneration of her spine would lead to her having a heart attack and dying. So far she has outlived the 7 years of life that the doctor's predicted, but in the last seven or so years I have served as a full time care giver for her, which gave me plenty of time to work on my obsession this and other projects.

Last year situations arised with my own health, and I had to spend a deal of time state side dealing with them, and I returned to Canada for two months (my break time) to spend some time with her and help her deal with some problems that had occured. When I returned state side I had intended to pick up the projects where I'd left them and complete them, but not a week after I got back I recieved word that she had taken a fall and had been rushed to the hospital. I later was told that she had suffered some bleeding to the brain from the fall, and had had a stroke. So for the past few weeks I've been in constant communication wih her and will be returning to Caada in August for another stint to make sure that things are progressing smoothly. I am happy to report that the stroke seemed to be a minor one, and with continued rest she should recover fully (God willing).

So with all this going on I have had to postpone doing a ton of work on this project, but I assure you that I have not abandoned it. When things settle down a bit, and i can focus my energies on this project i'll start work on it again. Thank you all for your patience.
