A Nievara clan yazirian born in the polar climate of Hargut, Alik departed his kinfolk for a life of adventure. He signed on with the Hargut Militia and served twelve years as a marine, serving both on the ground and in space. He recieved a well rounded education in the ways of warfare in just about everything save for laser weaponry. He favors hand weapons and gyrojets, but his all time fave would have to be a recently acquired flamethrower.
